2025 District 77 Spring Conference Keynote Speaker & Special Guest

Roger Caesar, DTM– is an inspirational, passionate professional public speaker and dynamic speech coach, driven to continuously helping people find their voices and maximize their greatness. He has competed 7 times at the District level, and has won an unprecedented 5 speech titles. In this year’s 2021 World Championships of Public Speaking Roger took home third place honours, placing him TOP 3 in the world! He is actively involved in Toastmasters as a leader and mentor to several clubs and members, inspiring others to strive for continuous growth and development as individuals and professionals.
Roger is the proud owner of Caesar Transport Inc. This family owned company has just celebrated its 38th year in business. He continues to support his community, several charities, youth leadership programs and local organizations. He dedicates his time to raising awareness around social change and diversity through social media, supporting various virtual events and organizations as a keynote speaker and speaker panelist across the world.
Roger approaches everything he does with hard work and positive enthusiasm, truly believing “Don’t wait for the world to recognize your greatness, LIVE IT and let the world catch up to you!”
