CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!

D77 has accepted a challenge from our Region Advisor to get 80% of our clubs to assign their proxy.

Thank you to all clubs who have assigned your proxies. We are far from 80%! – Only 16 proxies have been set.

What: Every year our clubs have an opportunity to cast an important vote at the business meeting.  Your club gets a vote and needs to set a proxy to vote during the business meeting.  If you as Club President or Club Secretary will not be in attendance, you can choose one of your District Leaders – District Director, Program Quality Director, Club Growth Director.

How: Log in to TI > click LEADERSHIP CENTRAL > click CLUB CENTRAL > under Club Administration click CLUB PROXY > follow instruction to select proxy

When: Now, certainly by AUGUST 18th

Why: the District Trio Interviews members that are running for positions at the international level?  The Trio would like for each club to assign their proxy to the District Director.  This assignment will allow the Trio to interview potential candidates that will best represent the district. Once our interviews are completed, we will cast a vote on behalf of the district for the person that best aligns with the goals of our district.
