How It Works
- Nomination Period: 1st–10th of every month
- Selection: Reviewed by the District COTM Committee using the IMPACT criteria
- Announcement: Winners revealed by the 20th of each month on the District website and social media
- COTM Flyer

Recognition and Rewards
Winning clubs will receive:
- Digital Badge for your website & social media
- Official Certificate presented virtually and in-person at the next District event
- $25 Toastmasters International Store Voucher
- Spotlight Feature on the District 77 homepage, newsletter & social media
- Invitation to share best practices at District/Division events
- Automatic consideration for Club of the Year at year-end

How to Nominate Your Club
Any active club officer or member can submit a nomination.
- Complete the short online form: Nominate Your Club Here
- Share your club’s monthly achievements (250 words max)
- Highlight the IMPACT pillars you demonstrated
- Upload photos, flyers, or testimonials
