I have learned to include first line leaders and employee into the planning stages to develop a plan using accurate data and procedural improvements information. I have also learned that if something in an organization is broke, get the position and effect change.

Why do you want to serve as a District leader?

To affect change, growth, stability, and a sense of community.

In your opinion, what are the District mission’s major objectives and how would you work to achieve them?

As a district director, the major objective is twofold, growth and stability. We must be relevant to the generation and formulate a plan to guard from situational hemorrhage. The organization as a whole went through a change of education after a long period of outdated learned methods. This caused a rupture in the membership. To prevent this from happening in our district, we will need to be more inclusive of a variety of generations working better together to circumvent loss and induce growth of membership and clubs.

Additional information about yourself:
