As your Program Quality Director, I am honored to support our members, clubs, and leaders throughout this exciting year. I am passionate about helping others grow in confidence, strengthen their communication skills, and discover their leadership potential.

Whether you are just beginning your Toastmasters journey or continuing to build on your success, District 77 is committed to providing opportunities for learning, leadership, and achievement.

Nicole joined VA Memphis Toastmasters in November 2011 and has remained a dedicated leader committed to member growth, club excellence, and district success. Throughout her Toastmasters journey, she has served District 43 in numerous leadership roles including Division 4 Area Director (2012–2013), Lieutenant Governor of Marketing (January 2015–June 2015), and Program Quality Director (2015–2016), where she earned the Excellence in Program Quality Award for her outstanding service and commitment to educational excellence.
Program Quality Director Responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects of education and training within the District. This includes supporting quality club programming efforts, promoting the Distinguished Club Program, and planning and executing the District conference. Together with the District leadership team, participates in District Leader Training, Mid-year Training, and online tutorials.
