This club was recognized for outstanding performance in the Encourage pillar and its intentional approach to strengthening the member experience. Throughout July, V. A. Voices conducted a four-part Moments of Truth learning series, focusing on essential areas of club quality and turning each discussion into opportunities for improvement. The club also used an eight-week meeting-role schedule and integrated a new member into a Level 1-related role before the member’s Ice Breaker, demonstrating that onboarding is most effective when members learn by doing. By extending these educational messages through social media, V. A. Voices showed how thoughtful planning, early participation, and continuous learning can work together to build a stronger and more supportive Toastmasters club.
