How It Works
- Nomination Period: 1st–10th of every month
- Selection: Reviewed by the District COTM Evaluation Panel using the R.I.S.E. pillars plus Measurable IMPACT and Evidence.
- Announcement: Winners revealed by the 20th of each month on the District website and social media
- COTM Flyer

Recognition and Rewards
Winning clubs will receive:
- Digital Badge for your website & social media
- Official Certificate presented virtually and in-person at the next District event
- $25 Toastmasters International Store Voucher
- Spotlight Feature on the District 77 homepage, newsletter & social media
- Invitation to share best practices at District/Division events
- Automatic consideration for Club of the Year at year-end

How to Nominate Your Club
Any active club officer or member can submit a nomination.
- Identify an eligible accomplishment from the activity month.
- Build the IMPACT story: Action → Participation → Result → Impact → Evidence
- Connect the accomplishment naturally to the appropriate R.I.S.E. pillar(s).
- Upload photos, flyers, or testimonialsSubmit the official nomination form in 250 words or fewer, with supporting evidence where available.
💬 Pro Tip: Be specific, use numbers (e.g., members gained, awards earned), and describe the impact on your members and community.
