Welcome to a new Toastmasters year!
It is an honor to serve as your District 77 Club Growth Director. I’m grateful for the opportunity to work alongside so many passionate leaders as we continue building clubs that change lives.
Toastmasters has given me far more than stronger communication skills. It has given me mentors, friendships, and opportunities that have shaped who I am. That’s why I believe every new club and every new member matters. Behind every membership is a person looking for a place to grow.
Our theme this year is IMPACT. They way club growth will make an impact is through three pillars: Build. Grow. Belong. My hope is that together we’ll strengthen our existing clubs, expand our reach into new communities, and create an environment where every member feels valued.

District 77 presents a unique opportunity to build something strong, unified, and impactful across Tennessee, Alabama, Louisiana, and Mississippi. My focus will be on:
- Strengthening existing clubs through targeted membership-building strategies
- Launching new clubs in underserved and high-potential areas
- Collaborating with district leaders to align growth efforts with program quality and member experience
- Implementing data-driven approaches to track progress and drive results
I am deeply committed to serving with excellence, fostering collaboration, and ensuring that every club and member feels supported, seen, and positioned to thrive.
Club Growth Director Responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects of marketing, club-building, and member- and club-retention efforts within the District. This includes defining an overall marketing strategy for the District, developing outreach and retention efforts with existing community and corporate clubs, and tapping into new markets. Additionally, support challenged clubs and help them become Distinguished. Together with the District leadership team, participate in District Leader Training, Mid-year Training, and online tutorials.
